Utility Relief Event for Senior Citizens 65 and older. 
The first 100 Senior Citizens will receive $100 off their Utility Bill.*

*You must be present to receive utility relief and gifts. Utility bill must be in the citizen's name, receiving utility relief. All funds will be paid to the utility provider.
