NEW SERVICE PROVIDER COMING SOON

Starting May 1, 2023, the City of Quincy will have a new provider for debit and credit card transactions. This is in part due to the city’s new system that allows us to offer more complete information and better customer service. With this update, there will be a processing fee of $3.95 for all debit and credit card payments. This service fee will be charged by a third-party company, Exceleron, to cover the cost of the secure and convenient payment service.
