Notice is hereby given that the City Commission has called a Special Meeting pursuant to section 2.51 of the City of Quincy Charter, for Monday, November 20, 2023, at 5:00 pm.  

All interested members of the public are hereby invited to attend the Special Meeting on Monday, November 20, 2023, at 5:00 pm.

Special Meeting Item of Discussion:

     Sec. 2. 15 - Investigations and Independent audit  

Investigations. The commission may make investigations into the affairs of the city and conduct of any city department, office, or agency, and for this purpose may subpoena witnesses, administer oaths, take testimony, and require the production of pertinent evidence of any kind.
