Cut-Off Days
If you are a Cycle 1 customer, your cut-off day is the 28th of the month. If the 28th falls on the weekend or a holiday, your cut-off moves to the next business day.
If you are a Cycle 2 customer, your cut-off day is the 13th of the month. If the 13th falls on the weekend or a holiday, your cut-off moves to the next business day.
