Paying Online

Paying Online is available via the City’s new and enhanced Website (see Online Bill Payments page). This will allow customers a wider range of payment options. The range of pay options includes payment via mobile devices, line phones, and online bill pay via the internet. The payment system also offers you the ability to access your account information by using your:

  • Account Number
  • Password (You may contact Customer Service to update your password.)

Example: To access your account you would first enter you account number. If your billing address is 123 Red Street, you will enter your password as 123. If you use a Post Office address, the password you will enter is PO. Your account number is your unique identifier as every customer has a different account number.
